I initially preordered these boots awhile back . They eventually arrived and were good for about two months with no issues. I can stand for hours with these boots and they don’t feel like concrete blocks slowing me down. I was zipping up my boots one night and the zipper on my right boot just broke off. I ordered another set and I’m happy again. Hopefully these pair don’t fail me again. I absolutely love these boots and have been a woobies fan for awhile. I have two pairs of the MOD-2. These are the perfect patrol boot and always recommend them to my co workers.

Very very tight on the foot. I’ve had plenty of boots being in the U.S. Marines and law enforcement. I don’t know if these will take longer to break in or not.

I’ve worn these every day for a few months now. I wore them in fire academy daily because they had the side zip. Listen, if you’re complaining about these shoes it’s because you’re a pu**y. These are minimal flat soles, so your foot muscles and tendons are going to actually need to do something. If you’re not used to zero drop minimalistic footwear then you’re going to feel it. Don’t be a pu**y. Do the work and harden your body. Stop complaining. I also had to wait a long time on the preorder, but it was worth it. I’m already considering reordering so I can always have a fresh pair ready to go in the future. Good work Woobies. Don’t listen to the pu**ies who’ve never done a thing in their own life. BTW, I’m 46 years old and just finished fire academy. It’s my third career after having been a MARSOC Marine and a San Juan IHC Hotshot. I have quite a bit of experience wearing these types of boots, and I love these. The definition of high speed low drag.

This is my second pair and both times the zipper has failed. Two pairs since December. I also ordered a pair of shoes in November. I was charged right away and they were never delivered. Supposedly delivered on 12/24 never got them. I contacted the company multiple times and they finally said we will send another pair. Still waiting. I have decided to dispute the charges with CC company. Horrible customer service and not worth it at all. Never buying from them again.

I absolutely loved this group from the moment I took it out of the box. I loved the materials. I loved that it came with two different types of insoles. I love how it looked. Cushion-wise it was perfect. THE ONE PROBLEM I RAN INTO WHICH REQUIRE REQUIRED ME TO RETURN. THESE BOOTS WAS THAT THEY WERE TOO NARROW IN THE TOW BOX. If your company made these with a wider toolbox, I would definitely re-purchase them.

I orded the boots in august, didnt get them until November. I emailed you guys multiple times asking about the status of my order: zero responses.
I submitted a return request 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard a peep.
I want my money back and I never plan to do business with your company again.

I’m not sure if there is a long break in persons but I wore them for one 12 hr shift and my feet were screaming after about 2 hours. Had to switch to my old boots. Not sure if it’s just my feet or if I should’ve bought the other kind

Make them with better materials and in the USA. They were not comfortable at all. I sent them back and am still waiting on a refund. Have a customer service number to call not just an email.

Haven’t received my boots, order placed in August. 3 tries to over multiple months to contact this company, not one response. More I read about them, their point of contact is disconnected and their address is to a storage unit. Multiple people with the same problem and they’re not affiliated with BBB. I’ll amend this review if I get my boots, but I doubt it. Don’t waste your time. If this is a legit company, do better or hang it up because this ain’t it.

placed an order on June 21, and it is now December 21, and I still have not received the product. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times via email and social media, but I have received no response. This is extremely disappointing, as I was looking forward to using these boots for my job in law enforcement. Unfortunately, I am now out $180 with no product and no communication. I would recommend choosing a company with better customer support.

Pushed back the pre order delivery for like 4 months and refused to cancel the order and give me a refund. These things finally come in and have the most narrow toe box in existence. Literally the worst customer service.
