WARRANTY AGREEMENT Woobies Shoes, LLC offers a 3 month limited warranty for most products sold through WoobiesShoes.com.

3 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY

Woobies Shoes warrants its products to be free from material defects or workmanship issues for a period of 3 months from the original date of purchase. This warranty is only valid for the original owner and does not extend to any third parties. To start a warranty claim, please contact us using our website or Facebook. Original proof of purchase is required. If you have a return or exchange issue, please see our return & exchange policy. Products that are excluded are indicated on their product page.

WHAT IS COVERED

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please contact us if you have any issues with your order. If your products have material defects, manufacturing defects or issues with workmanship we will take care of the problem. Please note, it is Woobies Shoes’ sole discretion to repair or replace products.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

The following misuse is not covered by the Woobies Shoes warranty: ➔ Canvas Shoes ◆ Normal wear and tear ◆ Damage caused by improper use or storage, or damage caused by intentional or unintentional abuse, neglect, or accident ◆ Our warranty does not cover lost or stolen items ◆ Surface rips or abrasions caused by normal wear and tear ◆ Shipping charges on international orders ◆ Separation of bonded rubber sole from canvas caused by exposure to a washer/dryer or iron or other form of heat ◆ Failures including but not limited to blown seams, blown elastic or ripped shoe laces due to excessive or long-term usage

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state. In no event shall Woobies Shoes, LLC or any of its third party suppliers be liable for consequential, incidental, special, indirect or direct damages unless this warranty agreement is inconsistent with the local law. If this warranty agreement is inconsistent with local law, the warranty shall be deemed modified to be consistent with the local law. In the event of legal action, all claims or disputes under this warranty agreement shall be contested in the courts of the State of Texas.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

30 Day Exchanges and Returns

➔ Exchange or return most items you've purchased within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or refund (excluding shipping​) ➔ Exchanges or store credit only (no refunds) on certain discounted items as indicated on product pages

REQUIREMENTS

➔ Items may be tried on and tested for fit and comfort. ➔ We recommend trying on your Woobies Shoes as quickly as possible upon receiving them to ensure size and fit are correct. 30 days can pass quickly with holidays, work, travel, etc! Verify your size as soon as you can.

➔ Footwear must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

01. Ensure the items that you wish to return meet the requirements listed directly above based on your product(s) AND​ our 3 Month Limited Warranty.

02. Begin the exchange/return process by contacting Customer Service on our website and providing all relevant/ requested information.

03. On a blank sheet of paper write a return/exchange note that includes your order number, name, item(s) being returned, and reason(s) for return. NOTE that without a return/ exchange note, your request will be denied.

04. Place merchandise for return, along with a completed return/exchange note, in the original box and stick the prepaid return shipping label (provided by us​) on top of the original shipping label. If the original box was discarded, use something similar and place the prepaid return label there instead.

05. Leave package with your USPS driver, or drop it at any U.S. Post Office or FedEx location. Please keep your tracking number in case the package is lost in transit or further verification is requested.

PLEASE NOTE:

➔ Woobies Shoes, LLC reserves the right to refuse any excessive and/or bad faith return.

➔ If you choose NOT​ to use a prepaid return shipping label provided by us or your order was delivered outside the United States, please return the products at your own cost using a trackable shipping method to the address BELOW​.

Make sure to include a note listing your order number, name, item(s) being returned, and reason(s) for return.

HELPFUL TIPS

➔ When packing your return, please ensure products are clean and dry, both inside and out.

➔ Refunds typically take 12 - 15 business days to process from the day they are shipped back to our warehouse. If you need a refund processed sooner, please call or email us and we'll do our best to accommodate but will NOT​ make any guarantees.

➔ You will receive an email once your request is processed fully OR if any further information is needed.

WE CAN NOT ACCEPT A RETURN/EXCHANGE IF:

➔ A returned product does not meet Woobies Shoes’ return requirements.

➔ A return is received at the wrong address.

➔ A return request is made to Woobies Shoes more than 30 days from the date you received your item without special approval.

➔ The item is damaged or permanently altered in any way.

➔ The item has been written on or shows other signs of damage.

➔ An item was returned without initiating an official return/exchange request as annotated above AND/OR your official return/exchange request was denied.
