Great shoes! Perfect for lifting.
Robert S.
Third pair of Woobies and I love them. However, for some reason the first time I laced them up the tabs on the tongue broke on both shoes. I’m not sure if the quality is worsening because that never happens with my first two pairs.
Joshua C.
Wore these guys in the field for a couple days and already seeing rips on the heel loop. The shoestrings are too thick and make tying a pain, would like to see quick tie options. Overall the shoe is tough but very heavy, and having a tough time breaking them in.
Louis Q.
I was surprised at how comfortable they were. I’ve been wearing “combat chucks” from other makers for years but these have they best soles of them all!
Jeremiah J.
I’m enjoying the shoes and feel they are well built.
Aaron B.
Taking a little longer that my my first pair, and they feel a little tighter across the instep as well. But still a solid shoe and comfortable, but I think I might go back to the Olive MOD 1s next time. Still would recommend.
Benjamin C.
My last pair, I wore them for around a month and something in the left heel started to click when I walked. Chalked it up as a defect in that one pair and later ordered this pair. Just over a month and the same issue just started. Maybe it’s the way I walk, but very annoying. Especially when I think about wearing them during a high stress incident (home defense,…) and bad guy gets to hear me clicking as I walk.
Jacob W.
Great shoes!!! Can’t wait for the slip on
Eric S.
When I first got these I loved how comfortable they were, how slip resistant they were (I worked at a shipyard in Washington, lots of wet slippery surfaces) and the *apparent* quality. After a few weeks to a month of wear they started to show their true quality, the sides by the foot opening started to tear on both shoes, the pull tab on the left shoe ripped completely out, and the color started fading, even without prolonged sun exposure or water exposure and all that was after one month of wear. I want to love these shoes but I can't. I will continue to wear them until they completely wear out because I paid for them, but I will not be buying another pair from this company unless they get it together and bring manufacturing back to the US. The false advertising on the website also needs to go, just because they are designed in Texas, and shipped from the US does not mean quality. At least combat flip flops is honest about where they make their shoes. I was excited about the announcement of jungle boots from you guys, and then I thought back to my mod-1's and thought "Better not".

Love my god, family, friends, country, state, hometown, and fellow vets that are clearly a tier above my previous status(in that order)…
Love my woobies!
Sean C.
I have worn them maybe 6 times and the loop in the back is starting to tear already. I have emailed you guys and no response yet.
Jesse K.
I bought my first pair August 2021. I bought pairs 2,3, and 4 August 2022. Loved them.
I wore a hole through the soles by Spring '24. I tried waiting for the wides to be restocked, but bought this pair June 2024, and it's separating.
The customer service isn't what it was. The shoes feel different, yet they look identical. Not sure I will reorder. 5 pairs in total, hoping to support a domestic Veteran business.
Anthony A.
This shoes look great, have amazing durability, and they are breathable! However, they are very constricting (even being almost a size bigger than I needed). I have worn the shoes for more than a week while doing extensive outdoor work, hiking, logging, etc... after every day my toes would get numb and my feet would hurt very bad. This was also led to pain in my lower back. I can not use these shoes anymore as they are not comfortable and even hurt. For this price point, barefoot workboots are a better deal.
Jay Z.
Good build , except for the toe cap slowly wearing the shoe as you kneel. Not great for shoe longevity.
Matthew S.
Excellent god damn shoes. I work as an owner operator box truck driver in DFW; when it rains it can get slippery on my lift gate and these helped me solve that problem. They’re comfortable, durable, and it doesn’t feel like taking a razor scooter to the ankle when I bump into things like my pallet jack or whatever I encounter doing touch freight. I love the low profile/sneaker feel.
Karen B.
Great shoes/ minimal break-in needed
douglas v.
Great shoes. Look good, feel good, getting compliments. Only complaint is the strap to pull them on on the heel already broke. Only recommendation is to reinforce that.
Johnny H.
They were the wrong size and returned them for a larger size but never got the size I needed back.
Ian
My daily drivers when not in boots like a lot disappointing to find out that they are no longer made in usa
destiny j.
My boyfriend absolutely loves them, they’re so perfect because they can go both ways casual outfits and formal!
Josh R.
First pair served me well for around 3 years. Took them hiking, through water, and wore them through many workouts. On to the next pair.
Brian R.
Built to last! Super comfy! Second pair! Will be back! - thx
Kirstie H.
Wore these all day at Disney, it rained and everyone else had soaking wet feet, but my feet and socks were completely dry! Highly recommend
Joseph B.
Super comfortable and true to size!
Albert B.
Whats not to like. They feel great and last.
Emily B.
I love that I can wear these for entire 14ish hour nursing shift and my legs and back don’t hurt!! These have saved me many doses of pain meds!
Aaron F.
My every day wear shoe for years now. I wear them daily and even after years they still feel great and hold up. Only reason I bought this pair is to have a new pair for the office.
I have worn these shoes working in the yard, in the field, the office and even fly fishing in Colorado when I didn’t feel like putting on the waders. They have great traction, feel great, hold up well and I love the compliments from the ladies!!
Zachary G.
They are pretty great, the only thing I would have done differently would be to buy the wides. They are really tight on my toes.
James
I found out the hard way that these shoes are now imported. The website even shows photos of the shoes with “Made Here ” embossment. When I received the shoes, mine didn’t have that embossment. They didn’t even have a “Made in…” tag anywhere. When I reached out to support asking where they are made, they informed me that they are now imported. I feel misled. Very disappointed. I thought I was supporting an all American factory and company. Influencers that have bragged about this being an all American company need to update their content. If I wanted a pair of imported “Converse-looking” shoes, I would have just bought Converse for a fraction of the price. If you’re looking for American made shoes, stay far away from Woobies.
Austin N.
Super comfy, with a surprisingly good fit, and I love the look. I always get complements on them and they are super easy to clean.
Mike C.
The wife got me these for Christmas in 2022 it’s now October 2023 so I’ve have these for about 10 months and here’s what I think.
I love the look. They have an awesome tread and are grippy in all sorts of terrain, I live in Canada losing my grip on ice/snow/wet/dry conditions in various terrain isn’t something I’ve been worried about while wearing these. They dry quickly and the insoles are comfy and look pretty cool. However…
The shoes are extremely narrow.. I don’t have wide feet, I’ve never had to wear wide shoes or anything like that but these shoes squish my toes together.. so if your gonna order these do yourself a favour save yourself some discomfort and just order the wide ones.. The stitching holding the soles to the shoes came apart pretty early and are separating from the shoe. I understand this is something shoe glue can fix but come on with all this talk of double stitching everything I expect it’d last longer than that.. The laces were trash and fell apart after a few months. The canvas they are made of has little to no stretch and as you can see from the picture the right shoe is tearing down the side also the plastic in the heel has cracked inside and crumbled all from me just putting them on and taking them off.
I really like what this company represents but they have a lot of things they need to fix if I was to ever get another pair. When I get shoes I expect them to last me a full year, after that I understand wear and tear is inevitable. This did not make the cut for me.
Mike
The wife got me these for Christmas in 2022 as I had been eyeing them up for quite a while. It’s now October 2023 it’s has been 10 months and here’s what I think.
Love the look of the shoes, the grips are pretty cool and honestly they do have good traction in various conditions. I live in Canada and whether it’s snowy/icy or wet or dry losing my traction or footing isn’t something I’ve been concerned about while wearing them in a wide range of terrains. They dry quickly and the rubber insoles are neat. However…
They are a very narrow shoe. I don’t have wide feet so these are just the regular width but there is no wiggle room in these shoes. I’d say if you’re looking to get a pair save yourself some discomfort and just get the wide ones. These did not stretch out over time like I hoped they would. The laces were trash and fell apart after several months. The stitching between the rubber soles and fabric started to come apart within a few months as well, I know this is something a little shoe glue can fix but this come on all the double stitching I expected it to last a lot longer than they did. The canvas they are made of has little to no stretch and as you can see in the pictures has been tearing on the side just from me putting them on and off. Also the plastic structure inside the heels started to crack several months in and while it doesn’t rub once I’m wearing them or add any discomfort it’s pretty inconvenient.
All in all I had very high hopes for these shoes they talk a big game but they have a lot of issues they would need to fix if I were to ever get another pair especially for the price.
I expect my shoes to last me a full year after that I understand wear and tear is inevitable. These did not make that cut.

Great shoes. Second pair I bought. Wait can be long if they are out of stock.
Robert G.
I want to give these 5 stars. However, compared to my first pair from a year ago, these weren't the same. The fit is slightly different; less comfortable (same shoe). The insole is not as comfortable either now. My first pair was and is my most comfortable shoes. I could wear them for a couple days in end just fine. These new ones aren't comfortable and my feet need a break at the end of the day. The insoles were definitely changed for the worse. They feel cheaper and not as good. I won't be raving about my shoes with a funny name like I used to.
Joseph G.
Shoes are sharp, soles are comfortable, but the laces undo quickly
Courtney J.
This is not an out of the box review. I have had these Mod-1s for about 1 year. I don't wear them every day. I have not worn them in harsh conditions. Have walked through dew covered grass a few times, but never got them soaking wet. The quality is comparable to other similarly styled shoes on the market. Honestly, if I buy them again, I will wait until they are on sale. In my opinion, these are not $130 shoes. They are okay, but I had higher expectations due to the advertising. The canvas wears out quickly behind the toe cap. Insoles don't allow moisture to absorb, causing my socks to get wet from sweat. I wanted to love them, but can't say they're better than other similar shoes.
Brianna D.
Love these shoes, the only issue I have with them is I'm pretty sure I should have ordered a half a size larger, they're a bit on the tight side. Still love them though!
David D.
I think the best way to sum up how great the shoes are is this is my 10th pair that I purchased I work construction I’m outdoors a lot we go riding we go hiking. This is all I wear.
Brian C.
Good to find an American made casual shoe. I wear American made Redwings for work all day and have always had a hard time finding a casual shoe that was made in the USA. I ordered the MOD 1 and received them a few days after I ordered . The ordering , communication, shipping were all seamless and quick. The first thing you notice about the shoes are the weight. They have an almost boot feel . I added an insole and walked couple miles in them . By the time i got home they felt broken in and comfortable. Very high quality and a great look. 10 out of 10 review. So happy these are are on the market and grateful to support a veteran company as a Former US Marine. Thank You.
Jason R.
Out the box knew they'd be great. First week wore them for hours on a concrete shop floor building a boat, next week camping and hiking. Light, grip, looks, can't be beat. Bout to show Italy what's up this week.
Hector S.
Honestly love them. Sturdy and we'll built. I will definitely be buying more from Woobies. Comfortable enough to wear on a daily basis too.
Stephen M.
The workmanship is second to none. My only complaint is that they’re a little snug in the width, and I’m not digging that. I’ll either figure out a way to Liason them up, or gift them to a buddy. I really wish these came in wide widths
JAMES M.
Great looking shoe! Super comfortable!
Paul T.
Fits and are comfortable to walk around all day in.
Bret G.
Excellent product, I would recommend shoes to everyone. They are very comfortable.
Kenyon W.
I have the Hightop, now the low... great all around shoes, true to size. I'm proud to support a fellow Veteran... AI-EE-YAH brothers
Tyler S.
I use these in a workshop and they're great. Comfy and durable.
Kyle B.
2nd pair of cementos. Soles broke up internally on my almost two year old pair. Used for everything outdoors. Joshua tree, mountains, firing range and the garden. Great shoe, sticky as hell and doesn’t clog with mud or dog shite!
Hector
Honestly I will buying more shoes from them. Love how sturdy they feel
Adam W.
Great shoe, one can tell it's a quality build and should hold up well to daily wear and tear, looks good too. My only complaint is that it runs a little narrow in the toe box, next time I buy a pair I'll be grabbing the extra wides.
John D.
Like upgraded chucks. They're flat, low, comfortable. Can confirm in the medical settings that these rock!
Ted C.
Fit was true to size, super comfortable. Haven’t performed an Amphibious assault in them yet, will update my review afterwards
Jacob
I like these shoes. There are a few quality concerns though. Two weeks in and the stitching that holds the rubber to the fabric came apart on the side so I had to use super glue to stick it back together. Comfort is alright, they are Slightly more comfortable then vans. The sizing is about the same as vans maybe a tab bigger. In my opinion they are over priced for what you are getting. I will possibly buy another pair because I like the way they look and feel. They are like a more rugged version of vans.
Daniel J.
Been jamming the Woobies for 2-3 years now. Just a do-all rugged shoe. Maybe not the prettiest but probably the most functional. Got a skate, tactical, outdoor vibe which is pretty much all you need. Get the shoes and then go do the stuff you enjoy. Freedom.
Toby S.
Very comfortable with nice conforming footbed and super grippy sole. Feels like they are built extremely well. Will probably get another color. Wish they came in more colors.
Nico W.
A well constructed shoe backed by a very responsive customer service team. Thank you again Woobies.
David K.
Shoes are great. easy to put on and look great. I wear them at work and home.
Kevin A.
These are the most comfortable shoe I’ve bought in a long time. Every day use, they’re perfect.
Jeremy J.
Amazing product. Work day, range day, and everyday, it doesn’t matter, these shoes are comfortable and provide balance. Incredible customer service and proud to support fellow veterans.
Andrew L.
This is my first pair and I’ve put quite a few miles on them already. I gave them a try because the canvas shoes I used to buy seem to fall apart faster then ever. These Woobies however are the best and I’m truly impressed with the comfort and quality. I will be purchasing a couple more pair soon and look forward to trying your other lines. Simply top notch!
Benjamin K.
My 2nd pair and really liking them. Wear them every day
Donald J.
Great durable and comfortable shoe
Ben B.
I love these shoes! They’re comfortable, go anywhere, and do anything. And they’re made in America…can’t get any better than that! I’d own a pair in every color but my wife might get concerned. The grey is versatile and I wear them with casual khakis and a button up and jeans and a t-shirt. If you’re on the fence, don’t be! These will be your hands down go-to’s for sure!
joseph g.
Great fit, feel and look. My feet slide on the insoles and I may replace them but the shoes themselves are awesome.
Anne B.
I really like these! They're super high quality and seem like they'll last a long time. I'm still breaking them in, but they're comfortable and tough enough to handle scrambling in the woods even stepping on a garden tool.
Cal L.
One small part of stitching has frayed but no complaints love the shoes I have two pair
Travis
Great shoe, get you a pair!
William
Aces recommended!!
Tristan
The stitching is coming apart on the shoes.
Jeffery
So far so good for everyday wear..
Nikki W.
I’ve bought my husband two pairs already over the last 3 years, they are his favorite shoe. He wears them hiking, to work, and out on the weekends. Great shoes, last forever.
Andrew M.
I returned my shoes back for a different size in Dec and still have not received them so I cannot tell you if I like them or not!
TERRY WOODS W.
Love the shoes.
Joshua C.
These are my third pairs of woobies. From world travel to the wild outdoors and everything in between. These shoes get it done. Nuf said!
Duane C.
comfortable and goodlooking
Matthew P.
Love these shoes! Now that they are broken in they are extremely comfortable, and fit a variety of purposes. Whether it's walks with my kids, or training at the range, woobies get the job done in a comfortable and stable way.
JON N.
The shoe still seems narrow even in the wide EE version that you sent me and does not fit well !
James R.
Great shoes! Thank you Tim and all the veterans making this possible!
Ilianna K.
Bought a pair of Woobies for my husband, who said they are the most comfortable shoes. His Woobies have gotten a ton of wear and still look great, so we purchased a pair for our son who now wears his daily to school.
Noah M.
They feel tighter than my other pair. I thought I just needed to break them in, but I’ve been wearing them for two weeks and they are still tight. Did you change the sizing from when you first made them?
Tyler B.
I have a pair of black Mod-1s. They took a while to break in and they still struggle to stay tied. However, the Cementos took less than 24 hours to break in and the laces are different so I've never struggled to keep them tied during wear. I absolutely love the color and they can go with practically anything.
Adam Y.
I love these shoes, they are durable and comfortable. Easy to clean and hold up well with rough use.
Megan E.
Great product and customer service!
Mack B.
I like them- I wished I gotten the wides- I never had a problem with shoes in a 12 or 11.5 wide- I did a 12 thinking it would be wide enough and they are very tight in the front. Starting to loosen up with wear so crossing fingers- otherwise- I like them.
Emily G.
I bought these for my son- & he loves them. He said the most comfortable pair of shoes he has ever had!
Colin
5 stars for comfort and fit. But, 4 stars if not 3, for overall quality of build and durability after only 2 months of light wear. Right heel sole stitching and cohesive cement are shot, with unknown time left before it’s completely flopping off. That’s a bit of a turn off. Also, a “V” notch in the soles after the toe cap would help with longevity as well. I’ll buy some more, but in order for me to fully back Woobies shoes, some quality assurance/checks in construction quality and perhaps slight design changes could help them in the long term both as a Veteran company and better shoe supplier.
Jason
Great quality shoe!!
Raul R.
In the 60s my Red Ball Jets, 70s my Converse, 80/90s my Jack Pucells...now, in the 20s, wearing my Woobies. I was concerned the toe box would be too narrow for my sz 11 square, broken toed left foot. They weren't. Comfort surprised me, on dirt or sidewalk, the insert doesn't retain odor, the canvas seems rugged. Wish I would have gotten a USA made shoe, Spanish made is ok though...would buy again
Jonathan P.
Shoes are a bit narrow. The fit could be better but I still can wear them and overall love them. I would exchange for the wide size if I could. Will definitely buy another pair in the future.
Paul P.
Opened box, picked-up shoe and was immediately struck by the high Quality and Workmanship of this product. This in itself has far exceeded expectations from time zero. I cannot express how appreciative I am of quality American made products. Styling? Love em. Fit? Very good. Performance? Love the feel of feet and footwear connected. Thank you Woobies People.
Todd S.
This is my second pair. Had the Black Mod-1's first.
Great shoes. Easy, short break-in, just wear them, and they form feet to your feet.
Marie F.
I bought these for my son for Christmas. He loves them and said they are very comfortable.
Jacob S.
Onto my second pair, first pair still kicking after one year!
Absolutely love these shoes. My first pair of mod 1s are used as lifting shoes and still have no holes, tears or rips. Ordered a second pair for casual wear.
The first pair still has almost all of its tread and has outlasted any similar shoe by miles
