I put in a rush order. I got them almost a month later and they did not fit. The whole experience burned even more when customer service did not respond for almost two weeks. After looking at the return policy, you can keep the $130, I will take the hit. This is because I did not notice I tossed the return label till later. I gotta write a letter and pay for it to ship back? And then maybe I get the money back? And then it takes god knows how long to get my money back. I hate writing this but I was so pumped and got let down harshly.

A well built shoe which is very versatile. I do not usually wear a wider shoe. If you want to use your own insole thicker than the normal, you will want the wider version.

Shoes are great with added footbeds. Only recommendation I would have is to make the toe box width wear the toe cap meets the fabric a little wider. Other than that I’ll be ordering an additional color.

Great shoes all around.. aside from the loops to pull the shoes one, after about 2 weeks of regular use pulling my shoes on, definitely was not putting that much strain on them I thought like 5-10lbs and they've almost completely detached on my left shoe (roughly guesstimating, my arms are not perfectly tuned to assess that lol)

I have about 600 miles on the MOD-1 and the MOD-2 are new both are snake eater color (for fading reference)
I have had some issues with them but customer service is amazing! overall they are great and have been beaten up I good amount and have taken it well. The soul doesn't show much for wearing yet and the back plastic support is cracked but I've been rough with them. Over all I'm pleased with the MOD-1 and have enjoyed my past experiences with MOD-2 as well.
American made still lasted longer though, but you gotta do what you gotta do. Thanks for a great product.

I love everything about this company, the shoe, and especially the customer service, but I just really wish you guys could make a wider shoe than the wide. Mine are stretching out, but being wider would definitely be better. Thanks for all the things you guys do for veterans!

As others have mentioned, these are narrow for a shoe sold as EE. I think they are more like a regular D width. I don't care for the insoles. They made my feet cold and sweaty. I replaced them with felt insoles which cured the cold sweaty feeling and they were thinner as well, which gave my wide foot a little more room.

True to Size. wides are not a normal "wide" definitely run more narrow. About 48-50 hours of wearing before break-in was complete, but they are rather comfortable, seem to be durable and have taken construction abuse rather well so far. Customer service was amazing when it came to needing an exchange, over all nice shoes like the look and have functioned great for what I needed.

Customer service is top notch. Quick response and helpful. These are well built they are boots in sneaker bodies. They were still narrow for me even the wide width options If you are willing to break them in they are awesome these boots I wore them for a week and I felt they still needed another week or so to break them in. These shoes are rough and tumble and are meant to be worn in tough situations. The wide just isn't wide enough for me.

I have slightly wide feet and these 2e felt narrow. My son wears same size shoe with less width. I have him breaking them in for me. Hoping they stretch some.
