They’re more narrow than my chucks, and it’s hard to get in touch with customer service. I want to return them for a refund, because they’re too narrow for me to wear comfortably, and they’re the wide size. They’re really narrow.

I bought 11R size and the were way to tight and run narrow from what customer service said. After trying to check in with my customer service rep it took another 4 weeks to get a new set of 11W shoes sent to me. These seem to run narrow too. Im giving these ones sometime to see if they stretch out a little. Im not going to call out their customer service person but how long does it really take to email someone back? Please work on that. Thanks

I exchange my shoes for a bigger size back in January. I have yet to receive my new pair, I also reached out to Woobies shoes and haven’t gotten a response back. It’s now April 10th 2025

I had a bit of a hiccup when I initially placed the order for the MOD-2's. I haven't worn regular shoes/boots in ages. I drank the barefoot kool-aid years ago to remedy shin splints and haven't looked back since. But because of all those years of running in minimal shoes, my feet widened and lengthened. I used to wear size 8 shoes/boots in my 30's and I'm 51 now.
When I received the first pair of Woobies and tried them on, they were TIGHT in size 9.5. I needed to go up half a size and definitely wider. The replacement 10/2E's arrived and they worked out. Just wide enough to be comfortable all day. These shoes look like they'll last a long while. I like the material of the upper, very tough. I don't know how it'll compare to leather, but it's definitely going to last. I wasn't sure of the removable inner sole, but it's great! When it's time for new pair of boots/shoes, I'll be picking up another pair of Woobies.

I can't speak more highly about the Woobies Customer Service Team. I originally ordered a 10.5 reg. The back pull tab ended up ripping, so I contacted customer service to submit a claim. After walking around in the shoes a bit, I realized it would be better for me to go a size up and with the WIDE version. Woobies sent me a new pair, no questions asked. I didn't even have to return the old ones.
The shoes are well made and very comfortable. I love the MOD-2's and will be ordering some MOD-1's as well.

These are my favorite shoes by far. Only issue I have with them is the ankle loop not being attached very well. Ive ripped them off of every pair I own, won’t stop me from buying another pair but, room for improvement.

The shoes are great... customer service, not so much. I inquired several times where my order was and given multiple excuses, promised free gifts, etc. My order took 6 weeks to arrive. I hate sounding like a b!tch, but I ordered from Cabelas back in 1980s by mail with speedier turn around. All that aside, I really like the shoes and what the company does for vets. Thank you.

2nd pair. Enjoy the quality of the material. BUT, it's still narrow in the toes area even when ordering a wide.. after a few months of breaking it in, it finally opens up.

Overall, love it. Wide is perfect even though I do not have particularly wide feet. Everything is durable except the pull strap at the ankle. One of them broke after maybe a dozen uses which is a bummer as those do help a lot with getting the shoe on. That would be a good improvement to make on the shoe - reinforce the pull straps.

Comfy and cool looking with more support than Chucks. As a veteran, I like supporting veteran owned businesses. There was a sizing issue and Woobies fixed it promptly. My only slight complaint is that the wides are not that wide. I'm a single E and these are supposedly 2E, but they are still a touch narrow. It works for me, but might not with someone who's foot is at the wide end of 2E. That said, I'm glad wide sizes are offered.

I ordered the snake eaters 1/2size large hoping to fit my wide foot as no wide in my size was available at that time. They were too narrow so my son was the grateful beneficiary of that pair. When a notice came announcing wide sizes available, I promptly ordered a 10.5 2E Night Op Camo. But I found these to be more snug than the snake eaters. But they fit my son well enough that he became the beneficiary of yet another fine pair of shoes. He enjoys them very much. Says they are ‘Quality’.
